Presented here for the first time ever on CD, is Les McCann’s complete 1964 trio performance at the Esquire Theatre, in Los Angeles, recorded during an after-hours concert with Victor Gaskin on bass, and Paul Humphrey on drums. Four rare studio tracks have been added as a bonus. Two feature the same trio, while the other two showcase the great Paul Chambers on bass. The four bonus tracks have never previously appeared on CD.
