The young Austrian flutist Daniela Koch has been chosen by Viennas Konzerthaus and Muskverein as a rising star of the European Concert Hall Organization: ECHO (Germany). Shes also been awarded prizes in numerous international competitions, such as Kobe (Japan) and Munich ARD. Together with pianist Oliver Triendel she pays tribute to some of the greatest 19th and 20th c. repertoire written for her instrument, with works by Reinecke, Prokofiev, Enesco, Hindemith and Ernst von Dohnanyi.
