Katsuhiro Otomo directs this feature-length anime set in Tokyo in 2019. With the Japanese capital on the brink of absolute destruction, cyberpunk biker Tetsuo (voice of Nozomu Sasaki) has become involved in a top-secret military research project and has begun to develop special powers.
