Rare Round-Up: Entertainment News of the Week (16/06/2023)

This week saw a mixture of music, film and game pre-orders and new releases with the majority evoking a feeling of nostalgia.

Bruce Lee fans saw ‘Enter the Dragon’ restored in 4K Ultra HD + Blu-Ray, allowing fans of the classic film to appreciate the stunning martial arts scenes in their entirety.
In a similar fashion, we saw a revival of Babylon 5 in the form of a new style of animation which has been teased on Twitter by the creator himself, J. Michael Straczynski.
Talking about nostalgia, Now Music released the ‘Now 92 Yearbook’ for pre-order. Featuring legendary throwback artists, the album promised to transport us into the iconic moments of 1992.
Kylie Minogue’s new album ‘Tension’ teased fans with a sixteenth studio album, her first body of work since 2020 album, ‘Disco’.
We also saw new release albums by Tom Grennan and Janelle Monae which had been highly anticipated.
Spider-Man 2 and Mortal Kombat 1 also became available for pre-order which generated hype for the gaming industry.
Harry Styles had a great start to his ‘Love on Tour’ which saw over 85,000 fans at Wembley.
PJ Harvey also had fans scrambling as she announced her European tour this week!
