This week has been a busy one in entertainment! Of course, today sees the release of Meg 2: The Trench’ as Jason Statham steps back into the waters and onto the jet ski to take on the ferocious toothy beast the only way that the action hero knows how. The film is also available for pre-order from TODAY from Rarewaves.com!

Speaking of pre-orders, the latest outing of Donatello, Michaelangelo, Leonardo & Raphael, ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Mutant Mayhem’ which hit cinemas on Monday is now available to secure for your home entertainment systems!

Still speaking of pre-orders, Talk to Me has become the biggest box office success for indie film studio Altitude, overtaking Best Picture winner ‘Moonlight.’ The handy horror is also available to pre-order for that fun, light-hearted movie night with your buddies or perhaps a first date.

‘Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time’- the epic final installment in the ‘Rebuild of Evangelion’ film series is up for pre-order as well.

‘Heartstopper returned to Netflix this week with more from Charlie and Nick. The graphic novel series continues as well with Volume 5 on the way and Volumes 1-4 coming to hardback (1-3 already available!).

Moving to re-releases, within a few weeks that Christopher Nolan has released yet another blockbuster in Oppenheimer, we revisit the filmmaker’s second outing, Memento’, which is being released as a limited edition steelbook set by 101 Films. Including replica Polaroid art cards, printed notes, and Ferdy’s beer mat enclosed in Leonard’s folder, the set is a must for any Nolan fan and filmic collector.

On the musical side, The Who’s fifth studio album ‘Who’s Next’ is also seeing re-release for its 50th anniversary. The special edition vinyl sets include a 4-disc version as well as a coloured vinyl.

Of her second album, Lauren Daigle said that the 23-song album “represents all that I am - they embody my soul and my spirit. I can't wait for you all to hear them.”

Following up to her synth-pop second album ‘Infections of a Different Kind’, Aurora’s latest ‘A Different Kind of Human’ promises to be “more explosive and noisy.”
